• Venue Sourcing & Outreach to secure high-quality venues.
• Bookings & Calendar Management to meet monthly targets.
• Promotion to build organic visibility.
• Confirmation & Processing with timely financial and page creation.
• Venue Coordination and ongoing relationships with venues.
• Internal Handover of booking details to delivery teams.
• Reporting & Pipeline visibility to the wider team.
