Job summary

Curate Group, Framingham, MA, is seeking a Bookings & Sales Manager to own the venue pipeline across New England and manage end-to-end bookings for Lumos Experiences. You will secure venues, coordinate scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery with flawless internal handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue sourcing, bookings or partnerships preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities required.
• Comfortable communicating with venues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure high-quality venues across New England.
• Manage full bookings process and on-sale timelines.
• Maintain accurate calendar and master location records.
• Coordinate with venues to meet co-hosting and visibility needs.
• Hand over booking details to delivery teams with clean records.
• Provide regular updates on progress and pipeline health.
