Pinnacle Live is seeking a Venue Director III to oversee the successful management of a designated venue, driving profitability, and delivering best-in-class service to hotel partners, clients, and teams. The role emphasizes leadership, operations oversight, and relationship-building to grow the venue's performance.

Experienced professionals with strong communication and team-management skills will guide payroll, invoicing, and revenue capture while fostering continuous improvement and a culture

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Seven (7) years’ management-level experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience aligning team members behind common goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long‑term relationships (with internal teams, external partners).

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in the execution of events with best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead Operations team to ensure efficient floor operations, including set and strike of equipment.
• Review P&L to ensure profitability and manage expenses with cost-control measures.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure availability and security of equipment and assets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and hotel clients.
• Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings and client site visits.
• Ensure timely payment of payables and processing of invoices in line with SOPs.
• Support Sales Managers with tools to maximize revenue during all sales phases.
• Train and develop team in accordance with SOPs to elevate service and growth.
• Continually update systems and technical skills to improve operations.
