Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Venue Director I at the Omni Richmond Hotel to lead event execution with a focus on top-tier customer service and profitability. You will oversee floor operations, partner relationships, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful events and strong hotel partnerships.

The role emphasizes managing expenses, maintaining inventory, and driving revenue through the sales cycle while upholding Pinnacle Live's standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' management-level experience in the AV/hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of events with best-in-class customer service.
• Review P&L to ensure profitability and manage expenses.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure availability of equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners.
• Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings and client site visits.
• Ensure timely processing of billing and payables; enforce SOPs.
