Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Janitorial Events Manager for our venue in St Louis, MO. The role leads commercial cleaning operations and ensures service commitments to on-site clients are met, overseeing scheduling, training, performance management, and safety.

You will report to the Site Manager and District Manager and handle event shift responsibilities, HR issues, and resource deployment to maintain high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to oversee daily operations of Event Shift, budgets, and staff.
• Plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations for events.
• Address client concerns and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Event Shift, budgets, and team personnel.
• Organize, plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations for Event Shift.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Allocate resources and maintain inventories to complete tasks.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure work is within budgeted hours.
