A premier AV services company in San Diego is seeking a Venue Director I to manage venue operations, ensure profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have management experience in the audio visual or hospitality sectors and strong leadership qualities. This role involves overseeing all event phases and leading a committed team. Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Successful management of assigned venue with profitability and customer service focus.
• Maintain strong relationships with venue partners and assure compliance with financial management.
• Develop team in accordance with company SOPs for elevated standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership in execution of all event phases ensuring high customer service.
• Manage expenses and ensure profitability by reviewing P&L.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring high standards of customer service.
