• Experience leading ambiguous, high-uncertainty growth from insight to market through rapid test-and-learn.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and external network across startups, suppliers and universities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape large white-space growth opportunities starting from unresolved consumer needs.
• Lead venture theses around new business models and technology platforms.
• Direct one to two ventures as Opportunity GM from framing through pilot and scale.
• Translate ambiguity into testable hypotheses and run rapid experiments.
• Prepare scale-ready ventures for transition to scale.
