Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Director, New Growth Innovation to lead one to two transformational ventures from thesis to scale. You will manage cross-functional pods spanning R&D, Insights, Design, Finance, Regulatory and more, with a gated funding model and fast, evidence-based decision-making.

The role sits in Marketing but is not a traditional brand-management position; you will shape consumer, product/service, tech pathway and partnerships to drive scalable growth and defend against disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in marketing/innovation roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional venture teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Horizon 4 growth ventures across R&D, Insights, Design, Finance and more.
• Identify and shape large white-space growth opportunities based on unmet consumer needs.
• Lead one to two ventures as Opportunity GM from framing through pilot to scale.
• Translate ambiguity into testable hypotheses and run rapid experiments to learn.
