Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales using a fully stocked mobile store.

The ideal candidate will reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. You must be comfortable kneeling/bending for store operations and reporting daily sales activity.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates should have a stable work history with up to 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.
• Independent work ethic and proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
