Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory. The role relies on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits using a fully stocked mobile store.

You must reside in the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and perform physical tasks to load and access the mobile setup. Prior industrial sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; route/industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job stability: max 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Skills: analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Attributes: ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean and report daily sales.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
