Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in California's Ventura area to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware directly to customers across transportation, aerospace, facilities maintenance, and manufacturing sectors.

You will prospect, cold-call, and present solutions from your mobile showroom, while maintaining data integrity and daily sales reports. A strong tenure history and ability to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
