Mapleview Country Villa in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to care for residents requiring ventilator and complex respiratory support in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and experience with ventilator management, tracheostomy care, or critical care.

You will assess residents, document changes, administer meds and IV therapies, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to deliver

Formación

• Ohio RN license required.
• Ventilator/critical care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents requiring ventilator support and respiratory care.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and changes in resident status.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
