Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Great Falls, MT, has a Subacute Unit LPN opening. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on for one year and a $20,000 sign-on for two years, with pay between $30 and $36 per hour based on experience.

The unit specializes in subacute care, including trach and vent support, on a campus with a full-time physician and hospital resources. The ideal candidate holds Montana LPN licensure (or compact state) and ALS certification (or willingness to obtain

Formación

• Active LPN license in Montana or a participating compact state.
• Active ALS certification or willingness to obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Minimum 6 months or more hospital experience; ICU or ER exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient vitals and record findings.
• Assist with ventilator management and airway care as prescribed.
• Assess patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor effects.
• Provide respiratory care including suctioning, tracheostomy care, and nebulizer treatments.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and ventilator settings.
• Communicate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other team members to adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans.
• Adhere to infection control practices and respond to emergencies.
