Job summary

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Holden, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for our Vent unit, one of seven in the state. You will work with a dedicated team to care for ventilator-dependent residents and clients.

Hours are 6:45am to 3:15pm. Requirements include a degree in Respiratory Therapy, CRT or RRT licensure, and strong interpersonal skills. New grads welcomed. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including retirement plans and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent.
• New grads welcomed.
• Current state licensure as CRT or RRT.

Responsibilities

• Provides Respiratory Therapy services.
• Evaluates residents for treatment planning.
• Implements physician's orders, administers medications, communicates findings to residents and team, develops care plans, coordinates treatment, and assists in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
