Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Holden, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for our Vent unit, one of seven in the state. You will work with a dedicated team to care for ventilator-dependent residents and clients.

Hours are 6:45am to 3:15pm. Requirements include a degree in Respiratory Therapy, CRT or RRT licensure, and strong interpersonal skills. New grads welcomed. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including retirement plans and ongoing education opportunities.

Description

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a family-owned business, is in search of a Respiratory Therapist for their specialized Vent unit, one of only 7 in the state! This position entails working alongside a committed team to provide care for ventilator-dependent patients and clients.
Hours: 6:45am - 3:15pm
Pay Range (Dependent on Experience): $34.00 - $40.63/hr
Responsibilities include the following:

• Provides Respiratory Therapy services.
• Evaluates residents for treatment planning.
• Implements physician's orders, administers medication, communicates findings to residents and team, develops care plans, coordinates treatment, and assists in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent. New Grads welcomed.
• Current state licensure and be CRT or RRT.
• High level of management and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and residents.
