Job summary

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Holden, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the Vent unit. This full-time role supports ventilator-dependent residents and works 40 hours per week with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include providing respiratory therapy, evaluating treatment plans, and implementing physician orders while coordinating care with the team. New grads are welcome and licensure as CRT or RRT is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as CRT or RRT
• New grads welcome and able to obtain licensure

Responsibilities

• Provides Respiratory Therapy services.
• Evaluates residents for treatment planning.
• Implements physician orders and administers medications; communicates findings to the team and residents.
• Develops care plans, coordinates treatment, and assists in admission, transfer and discharge.
