Job summary

Vantage Care Management in Worcester, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our Vent Program. You will provide ventilator care, collaborate with the Department Director or Nurse Practitioner to optimize settings and weaning parameters, and support patient needs in a busy clinical environment.

Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts Respiratory Care License, have NBRC CRT or RRT, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Respiratory Care License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Successful completion of NBRC exam (CRT or RRT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for ventilator patients and work with leadership to optimize settings and weaning.
• Change tracheostomy tubes as scheduled and prn.
• Set up, apply and administer respiratory care with ventilators, MIE, CPAP and BiPAP.
• Review physician orders pertaining to respiratory care.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
