Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Vent Nurse (RN or LPN) to join the Respiratory Care Unit in Holden, MA. The role focuses on 24-hour critical care for residents on a specialty unit, including ALS and ventilator-dependent patients.

The ideal candidate will have nursing licensure in Massachusetts and strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills to coordinate care with the care team and families.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid MA RN or LPN nursing license.
• 1 year of experience preferred but new grads considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' health needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Educate patients and families, provide support.
