Job summary

Redwood Coast Regional Center is seeking a Vendorization and Rates Coordinator to vendor new services, adjust vendorizations, establish rates, and maintain records for vendors and services used by regional centers and clients.

The role supports contract preparation, coordinates with the Fiscal Department, ensures compliance with California laws and regulations, and provides training on changes to vendorization and rate setting. Regular updates and tracking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Four years of related administrative, records, contracts, and data management experience.
• Knowledge of office methods, computers, word processing, and database software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Vendorize new services and adjust vendorizations.
• Establish rates and maintain vendor and service records for RCRC and other centers.
• Assist in contract development, review, disbursement, and filing.
