Job summary

South Central Los Angeles Regional Center is seeking a Resource Developer in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining vendor relations for services and supports tailored to individuals transitioning from State Developmental Centers. You will ensure program designs meet state requirements and facilitate vendorization, audits, and reimbursement processes.

The position requires a B.A. in Human Services with 1–2 years of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• B.A. from an accredited university in the Human Service field.
• One or two years experience in developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains residential and nonresidential vendor relations to support services for individuals transitioning from State Developmental Centers.
• Provides technical assistance to applicants throughout the vendorization process and ensures program design aligns with required standards.
• Reviews vendor applications, conducts site visits, and certifies programs meet CCR Title 17 and WIC requirements.
• Prepares vendor approval letters, files for imaging, and coordinates with DDS for rates and program design reviews.
• Supports CPP, Underserved/Disparity, HCBS, and PDF grants through train­ings, committee work, and proposal processes.
• Audits contractor files, monitors monthly reports, and contributes to quality assurance and corrective action activities.
