You will lead negotiations and drafting of vendor agreements, design scalable playbooks, and partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Privacy to mitigate risk while enabling business velocity. The role offers remote‑first work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing (US state).
• 5+ years of transactional experience in-house at a tech company or top law firm.
• Exceptional drafting skills demonstrated in vendor/tech contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of vendor agreements (marketing tech, technology, cloud, SaaS, data, contractor, lease, payments).
• Design and improve playbooks, templates, and negotiation guides to scale processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Financial Partnerships, Engineering, Product, Finance, Security, Privacy, and more to provide practical guidance.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop training/resources to enable self-service on routine commercial matters.
