Affim is seeking a practical, proactive transactional attorney to join the Vendor Legal team. You will negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements, design scalable processes, and partner with Procurement, Financial Partnerships, and engineering to drive efficient, business-focused outcomes.

You will help rebuild the team and support global transactions while maintaining tight control over risk and speed in a remote-first environment.

Competenze

• JD and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of transactional experience in-house at a technology company or tech practice group at a top law firm.
• Exceptional drafting skills.
• Experience in marketing tech, adtech, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdictional transactions (e.g., Canada, US, UK/EU, Australia).
• Strong knowledge of data protection and privacy regimes (CCPA, GDPR, APPs, PIPEDA, GLBA).
• Ability to manage high deal volume while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Track record of building or improving legal processes, playbooks, templates, or other tools in a high-growth environment.
• Clear, concise communication, and collaborative cross-functional work style.

Mansioni

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of vendor agreements (marketing tech, technology services, cloud services, SaaS, data platform, contractor, creative, lease, and payment processing).
• Design, implement, and improve playbooks, templates, and negotiation guides to scale operations.
• Work with Procurement, Financial Partnerships, Engineering, Product, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and other teams to provide practical guidance.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop training and resources to enable partners to self-serve on routine commercial legal matters.
