Affim seeks a practical, proactive transactional attorney to join the Vendor Legal team. You will lead negotiations for vendor engagements, from marketing tech to cloud services, and design scalable playbooks and templates. You’ll partner with procurement, engineering, product, and finance to guide business decisions and improve processes.

You will drive efficiency, scale the team, and help rebuild the Vendor Legal function in a fast-growing, remote‑first environment across the U.S. market.

Formación

• JD and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in-house or at a top law firm.
• Exceptional drafting skills and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in marketing tech, adtech, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional transactions (US/Canada/UK/EU/Australia).
• Solid knowledge of data protection regimes (CCPA, GDPR, APPs, PIPEDA, GLBA).
• Ability to manage high deal volume with quality and consistency.
• Track record building or improving legal processes and templates.
• Clear, concise communication and collaborative teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of a wide range of vendor agreements.
• Design and improve playbooks, templates, and negotiation guides.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Financial Partnerships, Engineering, Product, Finance, and others to provide guidance.
• Serve as a proactive business partner to stakeholders.
• Develop trainings and resources to empower partners to self-serve on routine matters.
