Job summary

Affim seeks a practical, proactive transactional attorney to join our Vendor Legal team, negotiating a wide range of vendor agreements and partnering with Procurement, Financial Partnerships, and cross-functional teams to move deals quickly.

You will design playbooks, templates, and programs to improve efficiency, and help scale with company growth while guiding business stakeholders with pragmatic legal insight.

Qualifications

• JD and bar membership in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of transactional experience in-house or at a tech practice.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in marketing tech, adtech, fintech, payments or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of vendor agreements across categories.
• Design and improve playbooks, templates, and negotiation guides for scale.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Product, and Finance to align outcomes.
• Serve as a proactive business partner across the organization.
• Develop training resources to enable self-service on routine commercial matters.
