Chewy, Inc. in Plantation, FL is seeking a Category Specialist to support the Category Management team.

You will manage vendor tickets, set up promotions, onboard new vendors and SKUs, and help onboard new assortments, acting as the primary contact for partners to ensure a high-quality, timely experience for Chewy’s vendors. You will deliver priorities per SLAs, perform routine tasks to support category strategies, and maintain strong vendor relationships with cross-functional teams including

Qualifications

• Completion of a BS/BA degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, buying, account management, product/ category management, operations, analytics or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with Excel and SQL encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Resolve vendor tickets and SLA-based tasks daily/weekly.
• Set up and implement promotions as directed by category manager.
• Onboard new vendors and SKUs; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, catalog and promotion teams.
