Job summary

Chewy is hiring Specialists for our Category Management team at our headquarters in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will implement and deliver priorities, onboard new vendors and SKUs, and manage promotions in alignment with category strategies to enhance Chewy's vendor and customer experiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams across supply chain, finance, catalog, and promotions, delivering tasks within SLAs while maintaining strong vendor relationships and high-quality service for

Qualifications

• Completion of a BS/BA degree desired.
• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and attention to detail.
• Proven time management, data analysis, and organizational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve vendor tickets on a daily/weekly basis in line with our SLAs
• Set up and implement promotions as per category manager direction
• Ensure new vendors and new SKUs are onboarded according to SLAs; troubleshoot issues and raise concerns when necessary
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog and promotion teams
