Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 year of FinTech/payments/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
• Experience using CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries and educate on Paymode-X value and benefits.
• Drive customer engagement and adoption of Paymode-X features.
• Manage vendor inquiries and escalations to resolution.
• Identify retention risks and collaborate to protect revenue.
• Build relationships to support long-term engagement with Paymode-X network.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Member Services, Reporting, and Vendor Success Ops teams.
• Support customer reviews by gathering and presenting data from Paymode-X apps and back-office systems.
• Share best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
