Job summary

Bottomline is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to help evolve Paymode within the Business Payments Network. You will translate business challenges into actionable requirements and work closely with development teams to deliver solutions that improve fraud prevention, security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Translates business problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Security and Operations.
• Interest or background in payments, fintech, fraud, security, risk or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery from priorities to executable work for development teams.
• Define clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with development teams to support sprint planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security/CISO and Network Operations.
• Leverage data and automation to improve fraud and compliance capabilities.
• Communicate progress, priorities and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Build domain knowledge in B2B payments and regulatory guardrails.
