Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Collections, Legal Matters, or Vendor Management.
• Advanced knowledge of FDCPA and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vendor workload including affidavits and settlements.
• Maintain third party scorecards and KPIs per contracts and policy.
• Handle inbound calls on charged-off accounts and vendor issues.
• Document performance reviews and issue tracking with vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk monitoring with stakeholders.
