Job summary

The Information Center, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Services Specialist to coordinate POS requests and connect participants with contracted vendors.

You will act as a main liaison between vendors and care management staff to ensure timely service assignments and accurate records. You will support vendor relations, utilization tracking, compliance activities, and process improvements in line with Medicaid and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two years of healthcare administration, Medicaid services, or vendor coordination experience.
• Experience with case management systems or vendor/provider relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process POS requests for MI Choice Waiver and other services.
• Facilitate service requests with vendors and monitor through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors regarding requests and status updates.
• Maintain vendor, service, and utilization records with accuracy.
