Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist to support enterprise-wide third party risk onboarding evaluations and management services. You will coordinate onboarding for internal stakeholders and streamline the process across CNB and affiliates.

In this role, you will partner with Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, and Procurement to expedite onboarding, assess risk, and monitor KRIs while delivering training and process improvements to strengthen CNB's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years in third party risk management within financial services.
• 3+ years in risk and controls identification, scoping assessments and assurance testing.
• 2+ years working with a GRC system and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of third party risk requests and coordinate with Vendor Risk Specialist and Strategic Sourcing.
• Serve as liaison to understand business priority alignment with suppliers and potential new services.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal, and Procurement to expedite onboarding for 3rd party providers.
• Document streamlined onboarding path, including vendor registration and documentation requirements.
• Review requests for new/renewal contracts and develop plans to expedite contract signing.
