Job summary

River City Bank is seeking a Vendor Management Officer to oversee third-party vendor relationships across their life cycle, ensuring an effective program in compliance with laws and regulations.

You will lead risk assessments, due diligence, contract negotiations, and coordination with IT, security, audit, and compliance teams to mitigate vendor-related risk and protect customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous contract administration/management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Vendor Management Program experience.
• Contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of all vendors and contracts.
• Perform risk assessments and due diligence.
• Collaborate with management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer the vendor management software.
• Track renewal/expiration dates and service levels.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and contract negotiations.
