Job summary

City National Bank in Colorado is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding and renewal of third party engagements. You will streamline processes for internal stakeholders across CNB and CNB affiliates and drive faster time-to-contract while managing risk exposure.

The role requires extensive third party risk management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration with Information Security, Legal, and Procurement, and the ability to analyze supplier data to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 4 years in third party risk management within financial services.
• Minimum 3 years in risk and controls identification and scoping assessments.
• At least 2 years working with a GRC system and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard third party risk requests and determine need for risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Vendor Risk Specialist and Strategic Sourcing to expedite onboarding.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal and others to streamline onboarding.
• Monitor onboarding progress and report against KRIs.
