Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union seeks a Vendor Management professional to oversee vendor relationships, monitor performance, and support procurement analytics. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial institutions, with a focus on risk and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with senior management, ensure contract terms are met, and help with risk assessments and due diligence documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years financial institution experience required.
• Vendor Management related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors and business stakeholders and assist with issue escalations.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Provide support analyzing procurement and vendor data and creating detailed reports.
• Risk-rate vendors and coordinate with Information Security for SOC adequacy.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with policy enforcement and continuous improvement.
