Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Technology to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a new enterprise supply chain platform. You will partner with engineering, data science, merchandising, and operations to drive scalable solutions.

You will define KPIs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless integration of systems and APIs while optimizing processes to improve efficiency, cost savings, and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in supply chain roles required.
• 6+ years in software engineering, product management, or technical program mgmt required.
• Four year college degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
• Experience with JDA/AS400/Blue Yonder preferred.
• ERP experience required.
• Inventory management experience required.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for supply chain tech.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, merchandising, accounting, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure integration of supply chain systems, APIs, and data platforms for scalability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams, vendors, and partners on forecasts and delivery timelines.
• Define and track KPIs like adoption, uptime, order fulfillment, and cost savings.
