KPI Solutions in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Product Manager for Vendor Relations to own the product strategy for material handling and automation solutions. You will manage OEM relationships and drive multi-vendor integration across hardware and software stacks.

Ideal candidates combine product discipline with technical fluency in APIs, data interfaces, and middleware, collaborating with engineering, IT, and procurement to optimize partnerships and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering or supply chain.
• 7+ years in product management with vendor or partner focus.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse automation, or logistics.
• Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS, APIs, data interfaces, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor relation management, onboarding, and tiering with procurement and legal.
• Define API contracts and data exchange standards for multi-vendor integration.
• Oversee vendor evaluation, due diligence, and roadmap alignment sessions.
• Own integration testing, acceptance, and go-live with vendors and IT/Engineering.
• Maintain vendor integration playbook and assess standard vs custom approaches.
• Define product roadmaps and translate tech capabilities into requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Design, and Finance.
