Job summary

KPI Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager focusing on Vendor Relations to own the roadmap for material handling and automation solutions. You will manage OEM relationships, coordinate joint go-to-market activities, and lead technical integration efforts with vendors.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, software integration knowledge (APIs, data exchange), and experience in the MHE/warehouse automation sector. Collaboration with engineering, IT, and legal is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with multi-vendor ecosystem exposure.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with WMS/WES/WCS ecosystems and API-based integrations.
• Experience defining software integration requirements (APIs, data formats, middleware).

Responsibilities

• Own vendor strategy and partnerships across OEMs and technology providers.
• Define integration requirements and API contracts for multi-vendor interoperability.
• Lead product roadmaps balancing vendor capabilities and customer needs.
• Collaborate across Engineering, IT, Sales, and Legal to align terms and feasibility.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, renewals, and performance management.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations with vendor input.
