Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Vendor Support professional in New Jersey to manage vendor inquiries, assist with EDI onboarding, and track incident and aging metrics. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams to resolve payment statuses and disputes, publish daily and weekly reports, and develop SOPs while delivering training to vendors and team members.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support vendors by processing requests for assistance and facilitating solutions.
• Host vendor calls for onboarding and EDI training; validate compliance chargeback issues.
• Advise cross-functional teams of vendor issues and liaise with Accounts Payable on payment status and disputes.
• Publish internal reports daily and weekly recap for senior leadership.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Vendor Relations processes; present training sessions.
