Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Vendor Support role in New Jersey to assist vendors, process requests, and facilitate solutions. You will report daily incident counts, aging metrics, and support onboarding and EDI training while ensuring compliance chargeback issues are addressed.

Formación

• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Responds promptly to vendor emails and inquiries on payment status, compliance issues and shipping requirements.
• Host vendor calls for onboarding and EDI training.
• Validate compliance chargeback issues.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor and recommend solutions.
• Publish internal reports daily and weekly recap for leadership.
