Redwood Coast Developmental Services Corporation seeks a Vendorization and Rates Coordinator to work with Community Service Managers, the Director, and the State Department of Developmental Services. You will vendor new services, modify vendorizations, establish rates, and maintain vendor records in compliance with California laws and regulations.

The role includes contract support, training staff on regulatory changes, and coordinating with the Fiscal Department to ensure timely data exchange.

Competenze

• Education requirement: high school/GED; associate degree preferred.
• Four years of related administrative experience with contracts and record keeping; associate or bachelor’s may substitute for two years.

Mansioni

• Vendorize new services and implement changes to vendorizations.
• Establish rates and maintain vendor records for RCRC vendors and services vendored by others.
• Assist in contract preparation, review, distribution, and filing with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Fiscal Department to ensure accurate data exchange and tracking tools.
