Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) is seeking a Resource Developer with bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities. The role develops person-centered services, negotiates contracts, and coordinates across departments to ensure timely vendorization and compliant service delivery.

This position supports multiple offices and requires strong organizational and communication skills. The RD role involves monitoring inquiries, routing to the appropriate team, maintaining dashboards, and assisting with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and one year's experience in a closely related position.
• Bachelor's degree with three additional years of experience may be substituted for the master's degree.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle or equivalent means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Provider Directory portal daily and route vendorization inquiries/cases.
• Distribute inquiries to Resource Developers based on service type and location.
• Track case progression and required actions to keep cases moving.
• Maintain documentation and communication in the portal for transparency and continuity.
• Coordinate and track vendor files, contracts, and provider setup with Contracts and Fiscal staff.
• Provide training on vendorization standards and Provider Directory processes.
