Job summary

Quest Resource Management Group, LLC is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to drive vendor network development and contract administration across our waste and recycling services. You will lead procurement activities, negotiate terms, and support Key Accounts with client contracts while fostering supplier diversity.

The role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to guide teams and improve vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in procurement/commodities administration, including contract administration and supplier diversity.
• Experience purchasing services, commodities, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor-related issues and day-to-day operations to maximize profits.
• Administer procurement of products and services for solid waste and recycling.
• Implement vendor contracts with favorable terms and pricing.
• Lead supplier diversity initiatives and outreach activities.
• Interface with internal teams to support client contracts and RFP rollouts.
