The Wilmington Group is seeking a Sourcing & Vendor Manager to lead end-to-end vendor sourcing and onboarding across hauler and recycling partners. The Sourcing & Vendor Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company and its network of haulers and service vendors, ensuring strong partnerships that support operational success. This role is responsible for overseeing the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, procurement, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing relationship development. The Sourcing & Vendor Manager drives cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service standards and vendor accountability. Key responsibilities include supporting bids and contract negotiations, resolving disputes, managing service-related issues, and ensuring vendor compliance with company expectations. Working closely with Operations, Billing, and Finance teams, this position helps ensure efficient end-to-end vendor management processes that contribute to service excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Travel Demands:Hybrid/remote work environment with the ability to support vendors across multiple regions and time zones.
