Job summary

Quest Resource Management Group is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager in Irving, TX to oversee vendor relationships, procurement and contracts across multiple lines of business. You will drive supplier diversity, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing and service levels.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with experience in procure-to-pay processes and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in procurement/commodities administration, including contracts and supplier diversity.
• Experience purchasing services, commodities, materials, and equipment preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, planning and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor-related issues and day-to-day operations across one or more business lines.
• Administer RFPs and purchase orders; guide vendor selection and contract terms.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure favorable conditions.
• Develop and monitor supplier diversity program activities and outreach.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales and Key Accounts to meet objectives.
