Job summary

Outworx Group is seeking a Seasonal Clerical professional in East Dundee, IL to support operations, onboarding and contract processing. The role involves reviewing invoices, issuing contracts, and ensuring compliance with insurance and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/AP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review Service Partner invoices with Billing/Operations.
• Issue contracts to Service Partners per guidelines.
• File insurance, workers comp, and other requirements.
• Maintain Service Partner insurances and certifications.
• Provide operational support to Service Partners and the Operations Team.
• Assist in onboarding and daily operations, including seasonal setup.
