Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Vendor Relations Supervisor to lead a team of five and serve as the main liaison for vendors and internal teams on merchandise operations inquiries. You will ensure daily processes meet departmental standards and support the training of new vendors on Burlington’s requirements and systems.

You will monitor SLA/KPIs, analyze reports, and balance workloads while fostering strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in retail, vendor relations or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 direct reports serving as a single point of contact to vendors and cross-functional teams for merchandise operations inquiries and support.
• Monitor and ensure SLA/KPI adherence and timely responses from the team.
• Review reporting to keep incidents current and actioned.
• Assist with organizing on- and off-site vendor meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
