Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Vendor Relations Supervisor to lead a team of five in merchandise operations. You will serve as SME, drive timely vendor communications, and implement SLAs and KPIs.

You’ll train merchants, balance workloads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preference, 3+ years supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in retail, vendor relations or customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team responses to ensure timely, accurate communication.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
