Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to oversee the successful implementation, ongoing relationship and monitoring of large vendors serving Alliance members under delegated agreements and contracts for Alliance’s value-added services program.

The role acts as the intermediary between external vendors and internal SMEs, covering the entire lifecycle of contracts from negotiation through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading complex business and/or contractual issues and liaison to executives and stakeholders.
• Extensive project management experience and experience in healthcare, business development, sales, communications, or client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the vendor relationship lifecycle from negotiation to delivery and performance.
• Develop and maintain procedures for working relationships between Vendor Relations Manager, SMEs, vendors, and internal partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and reporting requirements.
