Job summary

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in contract negotiations, and a commitment to governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement across multiple vendor projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in vendor management, consulting, contracting, pricing, procurement, external partnerships, patient services, access support, or related commercial operations.
• Experience in healthcare, biopharma, patient services, specialty pharmacy, or access support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Governance & Performance Oversight across hub vendors.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance.
• Project governance with governance frameworks, reporting structures and review cadence.
• Lead cross-functional leadership to align internal teams around vendor performance goals.
• Drive financial tracking and risk mitigation for vendor programs.
• Develop program roadmaps for external partnerships and quarterly objectives.
