Job summary

AbbVie North Chicago seeks an experienced leader to oversee external hub vendor governance and performance, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple partners.

The role partners with AbbVie Patient Services to implement strategic vendor operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage risk while leading a team focused on optimizing patient support and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in vendor management, operations leadership, patient services, access support, or related commercial operations.
• Experience within healthcare, biopharma, patient services, specialty pharmacy, or access support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external hub vendor governance and performance across multiple partners and ensure SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance.
• Monitor vendor financial performance, resource utilization, and risk; implement mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Partner with AbbVie Patient Services to translate strategy into vendor operational direction and provide regular performance updates and risk assessments.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, standardize best practices across vendors, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for external hub vendor relationship management and performance monitoring, setting priorities and expectations.
